Mentorship

Since 2010, I have helped train over 500 students in yoga teacher trainings. After I trained to be an instructor, one of my favorite and most effective ways of learning how to teach was through my apprenticeship with one of my mentors, Rod Stryker.  I love working one-on-one with teachers to help them advance their teaching chops and refine the art of prescribing practices for their students!

THREE MONTH MENTORSHIP  - $750

You will meet with me once each month via Zoom or in-person for coaching, goal setting, and personal practice. This can be done independent style depending on where you would like to grow or I assign teaching projects, books to discuss, and personal practice.

Student will observe one class (online or IRL) per week, and attend one (as guest) each week with short discussions afterwards regarding energetics and sequencing and breakdown of techniques.

These hours can be applied towards the Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements for Registered Yoga Teachers.

Pre-Requisite 200 hour Yoga Certification.
